Tumble Tots and KinderGym

Tumble Tots (walking to 3 years)

Tumble tots is a structured exploration of the basics of gymnastics and body awareness. Children walking to three years of age, together with a parent, work within a group using Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and Trampoline. Skills are taught progressively using circuits and stations so gymnasts are always in motion. Coaches also introduce concepts such as taking turns and staying with their group, which are essential for the next level of gymnastics. Parents are responsible for keeping their child with the group, assisting their child with basic skills, and following coach instructions. (8 week program)

This program requires 1:1 adult to child participation.

Coaches continue to work on the concepts of taking turns and staying with their group as well as moving in a line to go from event to event and the child’s place in line (who is in front of you, who is behind you). Gymnasts must be toilet trained and able to use the washroom on their own. Participation in our Tumble Tots program is recommended, but not required. (8 week program)
